What We Provide During Our Visit

Tooth Fairy Dental provides an easy, fun and professional oral health experience right from the comfort of your child’s day care centre. We provide dental screening, education, a personalised report on your child’s oral health and development along with timely referrals if required. Our goal is to make dental care accessible and stress-free.

Oral Health Education 

We run a fun, interactive oral health session tailored for young children and educators—covering brushing, healthy habits, diet and preventive care with story time and games.

Comprehensive Gentle Dental Check & Remineralisation treatment

During our session we provide with a friendly oral health examination to assess your child’s teeth, gums, and development. If clinically appropriate, we apply a safe, effective remineralisation or fluoride treatment to help strengthen enamel and prevent tooth decay. Please fill out your consent form and read about our fees and medicare eligibility.

Take-home Dental Report for Parents

Each child receives a personalised dental report outlining our findings and recommendations. If needed, parents can also access a follow-up phone consultation for guidance and the next steps.

All services are completed during our on-site daycare visit—no travel, time off work, or appointments required.

Medicare - Child Dental Benefits Schedule (CDBS)

Many families are eligible for up to $1,132 towards dental services through Medicare. If eligible we can bulk bill directly, so there are no out-of-pocket costs for you.

To check CDBS eligibility, we require:

  • A photo of your child’s Medicare card (front and back)

  • A signed CDBS Bulk Billing Consent Form

What Parents Need To Do Before Our Visit

Before we attend your child’s day care centre, please complete the following forms under the Enrolment tab:

  • Medical History & New Patient Form

  • If eligible for CDBS the Bulk Billing Consent Form

Once these are submitted, everything else is taken care of by our team. We will contact you to confirm we have received your child’s booking.
